From Yerevan to Hollywood: Amilé Avetisyan on Golden Globes stage

Amilé Avetisyan became one of only two assistants on stage throughout the evening at the Golden Globes, responsible for handing trophies to the winners during the ceremony.
Born and raised in Yerevan, Amilé Avetisyan moved to Los Angeles at the age of 12 and is now a senior studying film at California State University, Northridge.
The 83rd Golden Globe Awards were held on January 11 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles. Among the winners was the film Sinners, produced by Sev Ohanian, which received the award in the “Cinematic and Box Office Achievement” category.
