Time is near and we will do everything our way – message from Samvel Karapetyan

Businessman and philanthropist Samvel Karapetyan issued a message in which he emphasized that any trials are meant for a person, and everyone on the path to success overcomes many difficulties.

“Dear compatriots, although the past months have been full of trials and hardships for many of us, I see no need to dwell on them in detail or discuss specifics. Trials are meant for a person, and each of us, on the road to success, has overcome many difficulties. We went through this and became stronger.

In recent months, two other important circumstances have emerged, which I want to speak about today.

First, the obvious defeat of a small group has begun. What we have long said has been confirmed: the spirit of the Armenian and the faith of the Armenian cannot be broken, no matter how skillful or insignificant those who try may be. Armenians can be pressured and persecuted, but they cannot be converted to another faith—in the broadest sense of the word. This is their defeat and the victory of the Armenian people, which we must carry through to the end in the upcoming elections, beginning the revival of our Homeland.

Second, the events of recent months have allowed everyone—both inside the country and abroad—to finally see and understand that the desire of that small group boils down to only one thing: to remain in power. Everything else is empty words. To remain in power at any cost, to rule while neglecting national and state values, interests, and the worthy future life and reputation of us and our children.

I am confident that together, through consistent work, by uniting our society, we will not allow this to happen,” the message reads.
