On Artsakh, I see only right of return – second president

Regarding Artsakh, I see only the right of return, Armenia’s second president, Robert Kocharyan, said during a press conference.

“The world is changing at such a pace that none of us knows what will happen tomorrow. Today we can only develop scenarios; some may turn out to be very favorable for us, while others may be the opposite. We are talking about the right of return, which will also entail certain property rights,” he said.
