Pashinyan has already arrived in Moscow

The motorcade of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has been spotted on Kyivskoye Highway, Izvestia reports.

As a reminder, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov earlier announced that Russian-Armenian talks are scheduled for today, during which the two leaders will discuss bilateral matters and the development of economic and transport-logistics ties in the South Caucasus. Vladimir Putin will meet with Pashinyan over a working breakfast. “The two leaders, Putin and Pashinyan, will then continue their conversation in a one-on-one format over a working breakfast,” Peskov said.
