Russia is ready to help Armenia counter “hybrid threats”: Maria Zakharova

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has commented on a statement made by Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan in an interview with Sputnik Armenia. As a reminder, the foreign minister noted that if Russia has experience in countering “hybrid threats,” Armenia is prepared to make use of it.

“Russia does indeed have a wide range of capabilities, but this is a two-way process. Where there is interest and need, Moscow is ready to respond whether in the area of information security, combating cyber fraud, or joint work on international platforms,” Zakharova stressed at a briefing.
