FIDE awards Sergey Sklokin-Bagiyan the title of international master

FIDE has awarded young chess player Sergey Sklokin-Bagiyan the title of International Master (IM).

On March 21 this year, Sergey changed his flag in FIDE to the Armenian one and now competes under the flag of Armenia.
