Antonio Fernandez appointed head coach of Armenia’s national futsal team

Ruben Nazaretyan has stepped down as head coach of the national team, and his position has been taken by Spanish specialist Antonio Fernandez, who previously worked on the team’s coaching staff.

Under Nazaretyan’s leadership, the Armenian team reached the final stage of the European Championship for the first time in its history. He will now serve as chief advisor to the president of the Football Federation of Armenia.
