Anti-Corruption Committee on searches in Lori Province

The RA Anti-Corruption Committee responded to numerous media inquiries, stating that “as part of a criminal case initiated on the grounds of preparation for pre-election bribery and obstruction of citizens’ free exercise of voting rights, a number of searches and other procedural actions were carried out at offices of the ‘Strong Armenia’ party operating in Lori Province.”

It was noted that a search was also conducted at an office disguised as a animal feed store. There are detained individuals. A preliminary investigation is underway. The committee also stated that additional information will be provided if necessary.
