Property of relocated Russians to be confiscated for discrediting the Russian armed forces and spreading fakes

Property of relocated Russians will be confiscated for discrediting the Russian armed forces and spreading disinformation. The State Duma of the Russian Federation adopted this decision unanimously.

The authors of the law believe it should be applied in cases of public criticism of the foundations of the constitutional order, with particular attention to those discrediting the Russian armed forces, spreading disinformation, and promoting Nazi symbols.

The initiative will now be reviewed by the Federation Council.
