Levon Jilavyan takes third place at the Backgammon World Championship

Pyatigorsk native Levon Jilavyan won a bronze medal at the Backgammon World Championship, held in Tbilisi, which drew more than 500 participants from 59 countries.

He placed third in the Long Backgammon discipline. Earlier, on June 4, another Pyatigorsk native, Misak Gevorkyan, was crowned world champion.
