Parliamentary factions divide up committee leadership

The parliamentary factions have divided up the chairmanships of the National Assembly’s standing committees.

“Civil Contract” will chair the committees on state and legal affairs, defense and security, education, healthcare, foreign relations, and social policy.

“Strong Armenia” will take over leadership of the committees on financial and budgetary affairs, territorial administration and environmental protection, as well as European integration.

The “Armenia” bloc will get the chairmanship of the human rights committee.
