Third President of Armenia leaves Anti-Corruption Committee unaccompanied

Serzh Sargsyan left the Anti-Corruption Committee and told journalists that for now he “doesn’t understand anything” and will be ready to comment after receiving the case materials.

As a reminder, the third President of Armenia has been charged. The Committee clarified that the charge is connected to a criminal case under Article 308, Part 2 of Armenia’s 2003 Criminal Code (corresponding to Article 441, Part 2, Point 5 of the current code).
