What is happening is a consequence of illegal orders: Levon Kocharyan on his brother’s arrest

Levon Kocharyan, a deputy from the “Armenia” faction, commented on the arrest of his brother, Sedrak Kocharyan, during a conversation with journalists in the National Assembly, noting that there is nothing lawful about this process.

“What is happening is a consequence of illegal orders, in which representatives of law enforcement agencies and the judicial system become accomplices,” he said.
According to Kocharyan, there is nothing new in this case: it is simply an attempt to provide reports for the Public Television of the Republic of Armenia and various websites.

Speaking about the number of detainees, he said that at least 5-6 people are currently in custody.
