The issue of amending Armenia’s constitution was not discussed with Azerbaijan: Pashinyan

The issue of amending Armenia’s constitution was not discussed with Azerbaijan, Nikol Pashinyan, Armenia’s prime minister, said during a briefing.

“We discussed all the items on the agenda with the president of Azerbaijan. But the constitution is not part of our agenda. We state that we do not discuss the topic of the constitution with external partners or other countries,” he said.

Pashinyan added that this is exclusively an internal matter for the country.
