Armenia’s complaint over Rosselkhoznadzor restrictions to be reviewed with specialists from EAEU countries

Armenia’s complaint over the restrictions imposed by Rosselkhoznadzor will be reviewed with the involvement of specialists from all EAEU countries. This was reported to Sputnik Armenia by Alexander Subbotin, Minister for Technical Regulation of the Eurasian Economic Commission.

According to him, the mechanism for introducing such restrictions operates among all the countries of the Union, and similar situations arise from time to time. Temporary measures aimed at ensuring consumer safety usually remain in force until the countries themselves sort the matter out and a reverse decision is made.

“I think everything should be resolved in the near future. There has never been a case where we failed to find common ground and reach an agreement,” Subbotin noted.
