Artsakh appeals to Azerbaijan to stop the fire and sit down at the negotiating table, the Artsakh Info Center reports.

“The Karabakh side appeals to the Azerbaijani side to immediately stop hostilities and sit down at the negotiating table to resolve the situation,” the statement says.
