Armenia’s state debt increased to $12.16 billion as of June

As of June 30 this year, the total state debt of Armenia amounted to $12,157,200 million, having increased by $54,441 million compared to May 31 this year.

According to official statistics, $6.24 billion is external debt, including $5.74 billion of government debt; $508 million is Central Bank debt; $5.91 billion is domestic debt, including $5.33 billion of government treasury bonds purchased by residents; $555.3 million of government bonds in foreign currency purchased by residents; and $17.8 million of domestic guarantees.
