Agricultural support program from “Strong Armenia” party launches in Stepanavan

Narek Karapetyan, a member of the “Strong Armenia” party council, has announced the launch of a new agricultural support program in the region.

During a recent visit to communities in the Stepanavan area (including Gyulagarak and Kurtan), local residents raised one of the main problems that has troubled them for decades, an acute shortage of agricultural machinery.

According to the villagers, they have had to rent equipment from Gegharkunik and other regions, which not only significantly increases financial costs but also leads to crop losses of up to 20% due to technical incompatibility.

Responding to residents’ request, Narek Karapetyan said that new agricultural machinery is being sent to the region, which will be used in farming work on a charitable basis.
