Anora, featuring Armenian actors, wins 2025 BAFTA Award for Best Casting

The 78th British Academy Film Awards (BAFTAs) took place on February 16 at the Royal Festival Hall in London.

Anora, directed by Sean Baker and featuring Armenian actors Karen Karragulian and Vache Tovmasyan, won the award in the Best Casting nomination.

Anora was also nominated for Best Film, Best Leading Actress (Mikey Madison), Best Direction (Sean Baker) and Best Original Screenplay.
