The ACA 188 mixed martial arts tournament took place in Sochi on June 28, where flyweight fighter Aren Akopyan (57 kg) delivered a knockout victory over Astemir Nagoev in the first minute of the second round.

This marks Hakobyan’s sixth consecutive win, improving his record to 17–3–1 (1 NC), with 11 finishes. For Nagoev (8–1), it was the first loss of his professional career.
