Leading Spanish-language publication El Confidencial has dedicated an extensive article to Armenia.

“Armenia is a true gem with more than 40,000 monuments. The combination of ancient monasteries, mountain landscapes, and a cuisine with centuries of history makes this country unique for those who want to avoid the usual tourist routes,” writes journalist David Martínez Blanco.

The article’s author particularly highlighted Etchmiadzin and Geghard, Haghpat and Sanahin, winemaking traditions, and appetizing lavash, and expressed admiration for how carefully Armenia preserves its own identity, shaped by a thousand years of history.
