Armenia-Turkey border could open at any moment: Mirzoyan

Despite progress and positive momentum, the Armenian-Turkish border remains closed, Ararat Mirzoyan, Foreign Minister of Armenia, said during a discussion of the draft 2027 state budget.

“The dialogue with Turkey is intensive and productive. The process has reached such a positive point that the opening of the border and the establishment of diplomatic relations could happen at any moment,” he noted.
