Armenian athletes take silver at European Shooting Championship

The Armenian team took a silver medal in the 10-meter air pistol event at the U-16 and U-18 European Championships in Tallinn, Estonia.

Gor Manucharyan, Grigor Poghosyan and Armen Gevorgyan scored 880 points in the qualification round and advanced to the semifinals.

The Armenian shooters defeated Poland 12-10 in the semifinals and lost to the Bulgarians 8-12 in the finals, becoming silver medalists of the European Championship.
