Artur Avanesyan (Kandaz) brought in by force

Earlier, according to Channel 5 Armenia, the Anti-Corruption Committee of Armenia forcibly brought in Artur Avanesyan, a member of the team of Samvel Karapetyan.

It is assumed that Avanesyan’s detention fits into the pattern of recent detentions of members of Samvel Karapetyan’s team and is linked to alleged violations in electoral processes. It has not yet been possible to obtain any comment from the Anti-Corruption Committee.
