Georgia proposes a trilateral cooperation initiative to Armenia and Azerbaijan in various domains, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze said at the meeting of the Georgian-Azerbaijani intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation in Baku.

“We are sincerely interested in taking specific practical steps and promoting cooperation in the region. Georgia proposes the parties a trilateral cooperation initiative that implies the engagement of all three countries of the South Caucasus in various fields,” Kobakhidze said.

He also noted that peace and stability are even more important for regional development and sustainable prosperity amid the complex geopolitical situation in the region and the world.
