On the fourth day of their election campaign, members of the Armenia bloc visited the village of Dprabak in the Gegharkunik region, where they spoke with residents and learned about the difficulties they face.

“If someone in a village wants to build something, there is no need to raise land prices. On the contrary, they should be helped and encouraged to build in the village rather than in Yerevan,” said Robert Kocharyan, Armenia’s second president.

Addressing the issue of housing for those forcibly displaced from Artsakh, he stressed: “The housing issues of Artsakh Armenians living in Armenia can be resolved within two to three years. I get the impression that the authorities are doing everything possible to make sure you don’t stay here.”
