Landslide, hail and destroyed crops: residents of Aghdzk and Kaghtsrashen villages on consequences of heavy rains

Residents of Aghdzk village in Armenia’s Aragatsotn region told reporters that hail had destroyed all their crops.

They are demanding government support, noting that they have been left to fend for themselves. The villagers expressed frustration with the anti-hail systems, which failed to operate in time.

Meanwhile, in Kaghtsrashen village in the Ararat region, a landslide flooded homes and farmland.
