Lawyers petition to change David Ghazinyan’s preventive measure

Lawyers for David Ghazinyan, deputy of the Strong Armenia bloc, have filed a motion with the court to change his preventive measure, given that he has already received parliamentary status. The court will consider the matter of changing it as a priority.

It is noted that the hearing of the case involving Ghazinyan began today at the Anti-Corruption Court. On July 21, the prosecutor forwarded the criminal case materials, including the approved indictment, to the Anti-Corruption Court.
