Netherlands urges to kick Turkey out of NATO

Geert Wilders, the leader of the far-right Party for Freedom (PVV), which won the parliamentary election in the Netherlands, said that Turkey should be kicked out of NATO in response to Turkish President Recep Erdogan’s readiness to “enter” Israel.

“Islamofascist Erdogan threatens to invade Israel. This guy is totally nuts. Turkey should be kicked out of NATO,” Wilders said in a post on X.

On Sunday, Erdogan said that Turkey might “enter” Israel as it had done in the past in Karabakh and Libya. Earlier, Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz responded by saying that Erdogan is following the path of Saddam Hussein and threatening to attack Israel, but he should remember Hussein’s fate.
