The non-functioning principles of the EAEU are a problem not only for Armenia, but for the entire EAEU, said Gevorg Papoyan, minister of economy of the Republic of Armenia, commenting on the phone conversation between Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“Under EAEU legislation, all countries are obligated to ensure the free movement of services, goods and labor. There is a list. If this is not ensured, it means that EAEU legislation and the principles of its formation are not working. As a full member of the EAEU and a country concerned about the fate of the union, we want it to exist and function, not like the CSTO,” Papoyan said.
