“Our compatriots can be sure – ‘Civil Contract’ will not be able to defeat us”: Narek Karapetyan

Narek Karapetyan, coordinator of the Strong Armenia party council, has commented on Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s statement that opposition parties will not even clear the electoral threshold in the upcoming elections, noting that the authorities always promise one thing while the opposite ends up happening.

“When the Civil Contract party starts talking about not registering our party, our compatriots can be sure, they are not capable of defeating us. They know they cannot win against us, and so they are taking the path of formally obstructing the party’s activities,” Karapetyan said.
