Pashinyan fabricated case within days to keep Samvel Karapetyan under arrest: Narek Karapetyan

Nikol Pashinyan, the current leader of Armenia, fabricated a criminal case within a matter of days in order to have some grounds for keeping philanthropist and businessman Samvel Karapetyan under arrest. This was stated by Narek Karapetyan, leader of the “Strong Armenia” faction, at a session of the Standing Parliamentary Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs, commenting on remarks by Tsovinar Vardanyan, Deputy Chair of the committee, that the leader of “Strong Armenia” had generators on the territory of Kalbajar, which were later removed from there, with their loss presented as grounds for receiving state support.

“Everyone knows who owns this property, and that Samvel Karapetyan has nothing to do with it. He has many other projects that we have taken part in, but this one has nothing to do with him, because everyone knows, even in Yerevan, who the owner is,” Karapetyan said.
