Political order: Artur Sukoyan on the search at Levon Kocharyan’s home

Law enforcement officers burst into the home of Levon Kocharyan, MP of the “Armenia” parliamentary faction, at around 7: 00 a.m. Artur Suqoyan, the MP’s aide, described what is happening as a political order in comments to journalists.

“If it was proven several years ago that the arrest of Robert Kocharyan was a political order, then yesterday Nikol Pashinyan publicly stated from the podium of the National Assembly that these people should be imprisoned. From a legal standpoint, he made absurd statements, claiming that the public demands the arrest of these people and the confiscation of their property. With his speech yesterday, he tried to justify his actions today,” the MP’s aide noted.
