Problems with Russia must be resolved through diplomacy: Narek Karapetyan

It is extremely important to resolve any potential tensions through diplomatic means, said Narek Karapetyan, head of the “Strong Armenia” faction, responding to a question from Alpha News about the restrictions facing Armenian agricultural products and business on the Russian market.

“Economic peace is one of the most important forms of peace. We must achieve economic peace with our main economic partner, and I believe that Armenian political thought is capable of resolving this issue,” the deputy noted.

Speaking about the use of parliamentary tools, including the possibility of holding hearings, Karapetyan stated that this issue will be a focus of attention for the relevant committees.
