Vladimir Putin, president of Russia, will have a chance on Thursday to speak with all participants of the CIS summit on the sidelines of events in Turkmenistan, Russian leader’s press secretary Dmitry Peskov told journalists.

On 8-9 October, Putin will take part in the meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of State and the Caspian Environmental Summit in the Awaza national tourist zone on the eastern shore of the Caspian Sea.

“This evening the president will have an opportunity, on the sidelines of these cultural events, to talk with all the other participants. That is, contacts on the sidelines will take place with practically everyone,” Peskov said, speaking about the Russian president’s schedule during his participation in the summit on Thursday.

It should be noted that Nikol Pashinyan, prime minister of the Republic of Armenia (RA), will also take part in the meeting.
