Seyran Ohanyan, albeit belatedly, still said what many of us had remained silent about: Tigran Kocharyan

Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan visited Gyumri the day before, where another concert by the VarchaBand group took place. He was accompanied by his former wife, Anna Hakobyan. Alpha News discussed this topic with Tigran Kocharyan, editor-in-chief of the agency.
“There are two factors at play here. First, they are distracting everyone from the main issues on the agenda. And the agenda item was the exposure of Seyran Ohanyan during his speech in the National Assembly and the reaction of Onik Gasparyan.
The second factor concerns Anna Hakobyan, who is a problem for Nikol Pashinyan both as a spouse and as a divorced woman. She is one of the figures in Pashinyan’s circle with the most negative ratings, and his PR advisers suggested removing her from the public scene so as not to irritate people, but this created a different picture. It turned out that Pashinyan’s partner, with whom he had lived for 20–30 years, does not see a future with him,” Kocharyan noted.
Responding to a question about what Pashinyan was afraid of during the speech by opposition MP Seyran Ohanyan, the editor-in-chief of Alpha News said:
“His fears were linked to the fact that Seyran Ohanyan, perhaps belatedly, finally said what many of us had thought or known but remained silent about. It is very important that it was he who said it, because it is one thing when a military expert says it, and quite another when it is said by a defense minister, a colonel general, a person who knows everything firsthand and who was in Artsakh during the 44-day war.”
