“Smile, smile… he who laughs last, laughs best”: Ghazinyan to “Civil Contract” members

A person is accused of shooting a weapon on the streets, but this same person is allegedly imprisoned for bribery. It’s clear that either the “opposition costume” or this situation is very convenient. It seems as though the representatives of the authorities present here are also the opposition. This was stated in the National Assembly by David Ghazinyan, deputy from the “Strong Armenia” faction, commenting on the authorities’ claims that Gyumri was a crime hub under Vardan Ghukasyan.

“The questions being asked of Mr. Mkhitaryan are, in fact, being asked of the authorities. Smile, smile… he who laughs last, laughs best,” the opposition deputy noted, addressing members of “Civil Contract” who were shouting remarks from their seats.
