Exactly 10 years ago, in 2016, the TASHIR Street Shopping Gallery opened in the heart of Yerevan, on Northern Avenue, as part of a multi-million dollar investment project by Samvel Karapetyan. The shopping center has become one of the modern landmarks of the capital; its pavilions feature predominantly Armenian-made goods, with brands also partnering with well-known international retailers.

The investment programme fully transformed Northern Avenue: the surface was paved with basalt slabs, benches were installed, and a comfortable, welcoming environment was created for residents and visitors alike. The avenue was fitted with modern lighting and took on a refreshed, dynamic look.

The large-scale project not only changed the appearance and atmosphere of central Yerevan, but also became a striking example of modern urban development, bringing together national spirit, culture, and city-building. The city center was transformed into a vibrant and attractive space for living, strolling, and gathering, open and accessible to all.
