The 24-year-old twins, Nikolai and Sebastian Terteryan, are officially beginning their professional boxing careers after signing a long-term contract with Golden Boy Promotions, founded by legendary Oscar De La Hoya.

The brothers were born in Armenia, and their father, Tigran Terteryan, was a boxer on the national team. Later, the family moved to Denmark, where all three sons took up boxing. Their older brother, Marcel, now competes in professional MMA, while Nikolai and Sebastian successfully represented Denmark in amateur boxing. Nikolai Terteryan won the 2023 European Games and the 2022 Strandja Cup and reached the quarterfinals at the 2024 Paris Olympics. Sebastian Terteryan was crowned the 2024 Nordic Champion, earned a bronze medal at the 2023 Strandja Cup, and competed in the 75 kg weight category.

Now, the twins are preparing for their professional debuts. They are trained by Jamie Robinson, and their manager is Rick Mirigian—one of the most influential figures in boxing, according to Forbes.

The contract is set for five years, with each fighter scheduled to compete in five bouts annually. Their first match is scheduled for July 12 in Fresno, California, with opponents to be announced soon.
