Third meeting between representatives of Artsakh and Azerbaijan kicks off in Yevlakh

The third meeting between the representatives of Artsakh and Azerbaijan has started in the city of Yevlakh.

To remind, after Azerbaijan’s aggression on September 19, the first meeting between the representatives of Artsakh and Azerbaijan took place on September 21 with Russian mediation.
