Trade used to be much better: sellers on difficulties with sales

In an Alpha News poll, one woman selling fruits and vegetables at the market said that this year’s weather conditions, particularly severe hail, caused significant damage to the harvest.

Speaking about export-related problems, the Alpha News interviewee noted that everyone is complaining about being unable to sell their goods. “I don’t have that many goods to complain about. I barely manage to come to the market every other day,” she remarked.

According to another seller, trade used to be more successful. “There’s a lot of harvest, but it’s become a bit harder to sell. Exports to Russia are limited, it used to be much easier,” he said.
