A number of countries are quietly helping Washington get Iran to “be held accountable for strikes on commercial shipping,” JD Vance, Vice President of the United States, said.
“If you look at Turkey, Azerbaijan, Qatar, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and really around the world, we’re actually seeing a lot of countries privately do a lot of good things to help us make sure that the Iranians are punished for shooting at commercial vessels,” he noted.
Vance did not specify what exactly this support from the countries listed consisted of.
