Turkey may open border with Armenia after Armenia-Azerbaijan normalization

Turkey may open the border with “neighboring Armenia after the normalization of relations between this country and Azerbaijan”, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan told Daily Sabah.

“The negotiation process between Azerbaijan and Armenia continues. We have to prepare our scenario in case of a positive result, and work is underway in this direction. If the normalization process is completed, we will activate the positive scenario; that is, we may open border,” he said.
