Ukraine effectively welcomed the exodus of Armenians from Artsakh: Arega Hovsepyan

Ukraine was one of the first countries to effectively welcome the ethnic cleansing and de-Armenianization of Artsakh. This was stated in the National Assembly by Arega Hovsepyan, a lawmaker from the “Strong Armenia” faction, speaking about the policy pursued by Kyiv in recent years and its stance toward Armenia.

“Ukraine was also one of the first to begin cooperating with Azerbaijan on certain programs in Artsakh,” Hovsepyan noted.
