US welcomes announcement on lifting of bilateral trade restrictions between Yerevan and Ankara

The United States has welcomed the announcement on lifting bilateral trade restrictions between Armenia and Turkey. The statement was made by the US Embassy in Armenia.

“This step demonstrates both countries’ commitment to expanding economic ties and fostering lasting peace and prosperity in the South Caucasus region,” reads the statement of the embassy.
