Wildberries comments on situation with Armenian sellers

Wildberries said the restrictions affecting Armenian sellers are linked to new customs clearance rules in Russia. Changes to the control of certain categories of goods came into force on April 20, and sellers are now required to provide additional documentation.
The company’s press service emphasized that it is in dialogue with Armenian entrepreneurs: a meeting with the participation of more than 50 sellers has already taken place. At the same time, goods stored in warehouses in Russia continue to be sold as usual, and sellers retain access to Armenia’s domestic market.
Wildberries says it is exploring possible solutions and expects the situation to be resolved gradually.
