Yerevan ranked 115th among costliest cities for international workers

Yerevan has overtaken Tbilisi and Baku in the Mercer’s Cost of Living City Ranking 2024, a ranking of the costliest cities for international workers.

The Armenian capital has been ranked 115th among 226 cities, having dropped 15 positions compared to 2023. Baku has taken 171st place (up 6 positions), and Tbilisi is 188th (down 7 positions).

Hong Kong, Singapore and Zurich were again recognized as the costliest cities to live in. Conversely, the lower costs of living for international workers were in Islamabad, Lagos and Abuja.
