“You might not have time to flee”: residents of Charentsavan address Pashinyan

“Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is literally illiterate. He has absolutely no grasp of either foreign or domestic policy.” This was the opinion expressed by one Charentsavan resident during a street poll.

One of the participants commented on Pashinyan’s exchange with a forcibly displaced Artsakh resident in the metro: “How can you say something like that to a parent in front of their child? You still don’t know what awaits you tomorrow, Nikol. You may not even have time to flee. These people came here seeking safety, they were saving their children.”

According to Charentsavan residents, instead of supporting the people of Artsakh, Pashinyan scolds and wags his finger at them “when he could have simply said that everything will be alright.”
