Armenian Church in Moscow to host conference on ‘Identity in Transcaucasia and Policy of Armenophobia in Azerbaijan’
On November 29, with the blessing of Archbishop Yezras Nersisyan, Primate of Russia’s and New Nakhichevan’s Armenian Diocese, the Armenian Church of Moscow will host a scientific-practical conference on “Identity in Transcaucasia and the Policy of Armenophobia in Azerbaijan”.
Professors and historians from Armenia and Russia will take part in the event. They will discuss topical issues of the South Caucasus today in the context of Azerbaijan’s Armenophobic policy.
The conference is organized by the Research Center for Armenian Studies under Russia’s and New Nakhichevan’s Armenian Diocese and Geghard Scientific and Analytical Foundation (National Academy of Sciences of Armenia).
