US spends millions of dollars on senseless wars instead of solving domestic problems — Arthur Khachikian

Stanford PhD in Political Science Arthur Khachikian, who is currently in the United States, told Alpha News that he is not satisfied with the Democrats. They destroyed California, he added.

Politicians love to make promises. In Armenia, we also try to believe promises. It is obvious that US resources have been wasted on senseless wars for 25 years. The US has spent 15-17 trillion dollars on wars instead of solving its domestic problems. At the moment, the economy and the well-being of people are in a deplorable state,” he said.

Khachikian also touched upon the latest bellicose statements made by the Azerbaijani president.

“Aliyev’s statement once again proves to us that the policy of this Armenian government, which consists of concessions and retreats in everything, has failed. The more they retreated and conceded, the more aggressive Aliyev became. He does not stop, he wants to destroy Armenia and the Armenian people, and he says this openly. We are approaching the loss of Armenia. We do not even have a government. If we were a serious state, we would have raised many questions,” Arthur Khachikian said.
